Farm Sanctuary

Farm Sanctuary is 1.5 mi. w. on 4th St. (CR 409), 8 mi. n.w. on CR 23, then 2 mi. s. on Aikens Rd. following signs. This 175-acre sanctuary is home to hundreds of cows, pigs, goats, sheep, turkeys, chickens, ducks and geese rescued from farms, slaughterhouses, stockyards, natural disasters and cruelty cases and nursed back to health. Visitors can pet the animals on 1-hour guided tours. Some uphill walking is necessary; comfortable shoes are recommended.
