Southampton Historical Museum

Southampton Historical Museum, off Main St. at 17 Meeting House Ln., consists of the 1843 Rogers Mansion and 11 other buildings, including blacksmith, carpentry, cobbler, a paint shop, a carriage house, a barn and a dry goods store. The museum also features changing exhibits on Southampton history, art and culture. The research center has more than 10,000 documents including local maps, genealogy books and whaling logs.
