Long Island Aquarium

Long Island Aquarium is at 431 E. Main St. along the Peconic River. It features one of the largest all-living coral reef displays in this hemisphere, a 120,000-gallon shark tank, year-round sea lion shows, numerous touch tanks, and more than 100 exhibits and interactive experiences. Aquarium attractions include Shark Dive, Penguin Encounter, Pirate Snorkel Adventure, Atlantis Explorer Tour Boat, and Sea Lion or Penguin Selfie.

Guided tours are available. Food is available. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
