Harbor Defense Museum

Harbor Defense Museum is at 230 Sheridan Loop within the grounds of Fort Hamilton. The museum details the history and evolution of the city's coastal defense systems and includes a collection of military weapons, uniforms and other items from the Revolutionary War to the present. Visitors may also learn how to load and fire a 19th-century cannon.

Note: Photo ID is required for entry to Fort Hamilton.
