Ross Park Zoo

Ross Park Zoo, 60 Morgan Rd., is a 25-acre facility. Animals include snow leopards, howler monkeys, fishing cats, spotted-necked otters, African penguins, red pandas and coyotes. Signs explain each animal's habitat, diet and social structure. A 1919 carousel operates daily Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
