Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion State Historic Site

Wentworth-Coolidge Mansion State Historic Site, off Sagamore Rd. on Little Harbor Rd., was the official residence of Benning Wentworth, first royal governor 1741-67. The mansion's interior reflects aristocratic life in the area around the 1700s. Contemporary art pieces can be viewed at the Coolidge Center for the Arts. The 1.5-mile Little Harbor Loop Trail is on the premises.

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
