Black Canyon/Willow Beach River Adventures

Black Canyon/Willow Beach River Adventures departs from Lake Mead RV Village at 268 Lakeshore Rd. A tour bus transfers passengers to a site near the base of Hoover Dam, where a motorized raft is boarded for a 12-mile trip down the Colorado River. Guides talk about the area's natural and human history and the region's indigenous wildlife, which includes desert bighorn sheep, osprey and great blue heron.

A boxed lunch is provided during a recreational stop at a side beach of the river, where swimming is permitted.

Round-trip transportation from Las Vegas hotels is available for an extra fee. Vegetarian and gluten-free lunch options are available by advance request.
