Museum of Nebraska Art (MONA)

Museum of Nebraska Art (MONA) is downtown at 2401 Central Ave. Home to the state's official art collection, the museum is housed in a 1911 historic building and features art by George Catlin; early Nebraskans Robert Henri and J. Laurie Wallace; and modern-era artists such as Grant Reynard and John Falter. Works by John James Audubon focus on Nebraska wildlife. The museum also houses a sculpture garden and an education gallery.
