Charles W. Clark Chateau is at 321 W. Broadway. Built in 1898, the residence of Charles W. Clark, eldest son of “copper king” William A. Clark, was modeled after a French château. Today the building displays exhibits about Butte history and hosts Montana artists in its galleries. Exhibits change periodically. Evening events such as lectures, theater, readings by local authors, live music and dance classes also are offered.
