Jackson Zoo

Jackson Zoo is at 2918 W. Capitol St. More than 150 species from Africa, Asia and North America, including giraffes, primates and tigers, reside at the zoo. More than 40 of these species are rare, threatened or endangered. There also is a children's petting zoo, carousel, miniature train and a splash pad. Educational programs and a mobile website tour are offered.
