Winona County History Center

Winona County History Center is at 160 Johnson St. It occupies two spaces: the 1915 Armory building and the contemporary Laird Norton Addition. Three floors of exhibits include a Winona County history timeline, Native American artifacts, Mississippi River history and commerce, and a children's exhibit featuring a cave, tepee and steamboat pilot house. Visitors also have access to the Laird Lucas Library and Archives.
