Minnesota Marine Art Museum

Minnesota Marine Art Museum (MMAM) is .8 mi. n. of the jct. of Huff and 2nd sts. at 800 Riverview Dr., n. of the interstate bridge. The museum's four galleries display one of the region's best collections of art. Along with traditional marine art, the newest gallery features Impressionist, Hudson River School and modern works, including paintings by such noted artists as Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Pablo Picasso, Georgia O'Keeffe, Vincent van Gogh, Paul Cezanne and Winslow Homer.

The beautiful, turn-of-the-20th-century-style building overlooks the Mississippi River, surrounded by acres of gardens in the American Prairie style. The museum's active calendar of temporary exhibitions ranges from regional artists to national touring exhibitions.
