Grand Rounds National Scenic Byway

Grand Rounds National Scenic Byway begins at jct. Plymouth Ave. and James L. Rice Pkwy. The byway connects seven park districts in the Minneapolis area. Visitors can access 50 miles of biking and walking trails as well as skiing paths and driving routes, enjoy scenic views of the Mississippi River and explore historic sites. In the Minnehaha district, the Longfellow House, 4800 Minnehaha Ave. S. in Minnehaha Park, serves as the byway's interpretive center and is a replica of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's home in Cambridge, Mass.
