Great Lakes Aquarium

Great Lakes Aquarium is at 353 Harbor Dr. This primarily freshwater aquarium explores marine life associated with Lake Superior and the waters of the world. Visitors can learn about the geologic formation of the Great Lakes, observe divers as they conduct feedings and guide model boats through a system of locks that stretch all the way to the Atlantic Ocean.

In addition to aquatic displays, the aquarium also has interactive exhibits and features a wide variety of terrestrial animals, including birds and river otters, as well as a saltwater gallery. Its bayfront vantage point provides spectacular views of The Aerial Lift Bridge and arriving and departing freighters.
