Hormel Historic Home

Hormel Historic Home is at 208 Fourth Ave. N.W. This stately home, built in 1871 by Mayor John Cook, was the residence of the George A. Hormel family from 1901 to 1927. Extensively remodeled and modernized, it features stained-glass windows, Tiffany light fixtures, front pillars imported from Italy and decorative woodwork throughout.
