Lenawee County Historical Society Museum

Lenawee County Historical Society Museum, 110 E. Church St. at jct. SR 52 (S. Main St.), occupies the former library, a historic Richardson Romanesque building resembling a castle. The massive collection relates to local history from the mid-1800s to the mid-1900s and covers economic development, items used in everyday life, government and politics, transportation history and the Underground Railroad. Clothing, dentistry tools, dolls, furniture and toys are displayed.

The historical records and archives contain documents, photographs and postcards.
