The Polly Hill Arboretum

The Polly Hill Arboretum is at 809 State Rd. Developed by horticulturalist Polly Hill, the 70-acre site is home to a lovely collection of plants, trees, flowers and other vegetation cultivated by Hill for more than 50 years. Intermingling with such flora as lilacs, dogwood and stewartia are a variety of historic structures. A visitor center and walking trails are offered, and guided tours are available in season.

Guided tours are available. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 45 minutes minimum.
