Lyman & Merrie Wood Museum of Springfield History

Lyman & Merrie Wood Museum of Springfield History is at the Quadrangle at 21 Edwards St., on the Springfield Museums campus. On display are Indian Motocycles and memorabilia, antique Rolls-Royce automobiles, Gee Bee aircraft, Milton Bradley games, Smith & Wesson firearms, and other inventions and products from the city's industrial past. Also on-site is the Springfield History Library & Archives, which holds more than 20,000 genealogy books, a large collection of French-Canadian records, and a variety of historical documents and photographs.
