South Mountain Concert Hall

South Mountain Concert Hall, 2 mi. s. on US 7, was specifically designed for chamber music. Using timber from an old textile mill, it was constructed in the Colonial style in 1918. Such artists as the Emerson, Juilliard, Guarnieri and Tokyo string quartets have appeared at the 440-seat facility, which features chamber music and recitals during the South Mountain Concerts.
