Pickering Creek Audubon Center

Pickering Creek Audubon Center is 3.9 mi. n. on SR 370 from jct. SR 33, then 2.1 mi. s. on Todds Corner Rd. and w. to 11450 Audubon Ln., following signs. Highlights include nature trails, a children's garden and trail as well as a visitor center with taxidermic animals. The center lies within hardwood forest, bay shoreline, freshwater and brackish marsh environments, allowing ample opportunity for nature viewing, especially bird-watching. Two observation platforms overlook wetlands.

Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
