Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture is at 830 E. Pratt St. at jct. President St. The museum, the East Coast's largest African American museum, tells the stories of ordinary and extraordinary African American heroes in Maryland through its extensive permanent collection, educational programs and special exhibitions. Visitors learn about people who lived courageous lives and left a legacy of resilience and determination. The Lewis Now gallery displays rotating works by local artists.
