Fort McClary State Historic Site

Fort McClary State Historic Site covers 27 acres about 2 mi. e. on SR 103. The initial fortifications were erected in the early 18th century; the current blockhouse was built about 1844 and modified in the 1860s. Revolutionary and Civil War re-enactments occur on weekends in summer.

Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
