Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanic Gardens

Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanic Gardens is e. of Hawkeye Community College at 1927 E. Orange Rd. This 35-acre site features an arboretum, botanical gardens and a prairie as well as a mile-long trail. Rose, children's, display and a hillside welcome garden are among the theme gardens available. A 1-acre orchard with a gazebo, a 4-acre butterfly meadow and topiary displays also are on the grounds.
