Fenelon Place Elevator

Fenelon Place Elevator is on the w. end of 4th St. at 512 Fenelon Place. Erected in 1882, the 296-foot-long incline railway connects 4th Street with Fenelon Place, a difference in elevation of 189 feet. It affords a good view of the Mississippi River and three neighboring states.
