Thomas Rees Memorial Carillon, in Washington Park, is a 12-story tower with three observation decks that permit close inspection of the 67 imported bronze bells ranging from 22 pounds to more than 7 tons each. The annual International Carillon Festival takes place early June. Other events are held throughout the year.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
