Sawtooth Fish Hatchery

Sawtooth Fish Hatchery, 5 mi. s. on SR 75 at 10 Fish Hatchery Dr., is used for trapping and holding spring chinook salmon and steelhead trout. The hatchery produces chinook and collects steelhead eggs for later transport to the Hagerman and Magic Valley hatcheries. The fish trap is emptied daily at 9 a.m. in fall during chinook season, and Monday and Thursday during spring steelhead season. An observation deck is on the premises.
