National Oregon/California Trail Center

National Oregon/California Trail Center is at jct. US 30 and US 89 at 320 N. 4th St. This living-history center, which sits directly on the site of the historic Clover Creek Encampment on the Oregon Trail, depicts the pioneers' journey across the continent. A wagon master guides visitors through the experience of riding the trail in a covered wagon courtesy of a computer simulation. Displays and artifacts about the history of the Bear Lake valley and the railroad era can be seen in the Rails and Trails Museum. A variety of quilts is on display May to mid-October.
