Boise Basin Museum

Boise Basin Museum, Montgomery St. at Wall St., was erected as a post office in 1867 and served as a stage and freight company station before being renovated for its present use. Exhibits, which commemorate the town's origin with memorabilia from its days as a mining boomtown, include a working stamp mill model. A video presentation about basin history is shown.
