Koko Crater Botanical Garden

Koko Crater Botanical Garden is off Kealahou St. at 7491 Kokonani St. Plant collections occupy the 60-acre basin floor and include a plumeria grove; cacti and succulents; native Hawaiian, African and dryland palms. A moderate 2-mile loop trail circulates through the collections.

Note: Bikes, motor vehicles and pets are not permitted in the garden. Walking shoes, sunscreen and water are recommended. Restroom facilities are limited to a portable toilet. The garden terrain is not ADA accessible.

Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
