Okefenokee Heritage Center

Okefenokee Heritage Center, 2 mi. n.w. via US 1/23, then 4 blks. w. to 1460 N. Augusta Ave., has an art gallery that features permanent and changing exhibits about history and the arts along with an interactive exhibit about singer Gram Parsons. The museum includes a late 19th-century print shop, a restored 1912 steam locomotive, train cars, a railroad depot and a restored 1820s farmhouse.
