Georgia State Railroad Museum

Georgia State Railroad Museum, in Tricentennial Park at 655 Louisville Rd., is the nation's most complete antebellum railroad complex; more than a dozen buildings survive. Restored locomotives, railcars, machinery, and a working handcar and model train are displayed. Visitors can ride the handcar and tour the railcars as well as take a guided tour of the site by train, where they will see the fully operational turntable.
