The Columbus Museum

The Columbus Museum is at 1251 Wynnton Rd. Among this museum's exhibits are 18th-century through contemporary works of American art, prehistoric Native American artifacts, Civil War objects, a display of American decorative arts and regional historical items. The museum houses more than 14,000 artifacts and objects. Changing exhibits of American art and history are presented. Of interest are the children's hands-on discovery gallery and the historic Olmsted Garden. Temporary exhibits also are offered.
