St. Lucie County Regional History Center

St. Lucie County Regional History Center, 414 Seaway Dr. (S. SR A1A), is at the east end of South Beach Bridge. Exhibits take visitors on a chronological walk through the history of St. Lucie County. Ais Indian tools, Seminole Indian clothing and cultural artifacts and Spanish shipwreck treasures are displayed. The complex also includes a restored 1919 American LaFrance fire engine, a restored 1907 home, a maritime exhibit, a garden and changing exhibits. Audio tours are available.
