Heathcote Botanical Gardens

Heathcote Botanical Gardens, between Virginia Ave. and Edwards Rd. at 210 Savannah Rd., features 5 acres of varied gardens that include Japanese bonsai, flowers and foliage of the subtropics and rain forest, palm trees and herbs. Of special interest is the extensive tropical bonsai exhibit. Also on-site is a circa 1880 Florida pioneer house. Events and educational programs are held throughout the year. Guided tours are available by appointment.
