African American Museum of the Arts

African American Museum of the Arts, off US 17/92 at 325 S. Clara Ave., presents permanent displays of more than 200 artifacts, including masks and carvings. Changing exhibits feature works by established and emerging artists. A cultural park with an amphitheater honors the achievements of outstanding African Americans.
