Connecticut Antique Machinery Association Museum is 1 mi. n. on US 7 to 31 Kent-Cornwall Rd. Ten exhibit buildings house antique machinery, including a 3-foot gauge railroad, tractors, steam-powered manufacturing machines and engines used to pump oil. A blacksmith shop and a mid-1800s agricultural schoolhouse are on the grounds along with a museum dedicated to the state's mining and mineral history. During a festival in late September visitors can see the machines in operation.
