Stepping Stones Museum for Children is off I-95 exit 14 northbound or 15 southbound to 303 West Ave. in Mathews Park. Five main galleries geared toward kids ages 1-10 and a toddlers-only gallery offer opportunities to explore art, culture and science. Hands-on exhibits include Build It!, Express Yourself, Color Coaster, Tot Town, Energy Lab and a traveling exhibit gallery. Celebration Courtyard provides an outdoor play space under a large open-air tent.
A multimedia gallery with an open floor plan and an immersive screen is available as well as the Performance Gallery, an indoor/outdoor theater used for performances and community events.
