Connecticut College Arboretum

Connecticut College Arboretum is off Williams St. at 270 Mohegan Ave. Walking paths lead through the 20-acre Native Plant Collection, which features 300 types of woody plants, a 4-acre pond, a wildflower garden and many other plantings. The 4-acre Caroline Black Garden, off SR 32, displays a variety of woody plants in a garden setting.

Brochures for a self-guiding tour can be found on the sign board inside the main entrance to the Native Plant Collection on Williams Street and the Caroline Black Garden on Mohegan Avenue.
