Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College is at 30 W. Dale St. The center’s fine permanent collection includes works by late 19th- and early 20th-century American artists; Colorado landscape paintings; photography; modern art; Hispanic art, including works from Central and South America, Mexico and the Caribbean as well as the United States. Artists represented include Ansel Adams, Dale Chihuly, Richard Diebenkorn, Walt Kuhn, Georgia O’Keeffe, John Singer Sargent and John Waters.
A 400-seat theater and 108-seat music room hosts concerts, film festivals, live theater and dance performances. The center also features a tactile gallery for the visually impaired, an art school and a courtyard. Additional galleries feature traveling exhibits. Docent-led tours are available.
