Chef Thomas Keller has created a distinctive dining experience in the midst of Napa Valley wine country. The old stone farm house has been delightfully outfitted for an intimate outing with just a few more than a dozen tables. The meal might include delectable morsels such as sesame cornets with smoked salmon, Elysian Fields Farm lamb with braised Brussels sprouts or Norwegian king crab galette with watercress salad. Finish with such delights as sorbet, truffles, pralines and cappuccino macaroons—brought to you with elegant, polished service by the waitstaff. Reservations are taken up to 2 months in advance. Patio dining is available in the summer, weather permitting.
