AAA Editor Notes
Sue-meg State Park is 5 mi. n. via US 101. Noted for its stunning coastal scenery, the heavily wooded state park features 6 miles of trails that thread through lush vegetation, along the tops of tall bluffs and down to sandy beaches. One path leads to Wedding Rock, a dramatic vantage point jutting out into the Pacific's pounding surf. A Yurok Indian village has been reconstructed in the park, and in spring a profusion of wildflowers bloom.

Note: Except for service animals, pets are not allowed on hiking trails. Dogs must be on a leash no more than 6 feet long during the day and must be confined to tents or vehicles at night.

Pet friendly (call for restrictions/fees.). Recreational activities are permitted. Camping is permitted. Picnicking is permitted.
