Panoramic Point (Kings Canyon) at the e. boundary of General Grant Grove is accessible via a 2.3-mi. road and then a quarter-mile walk from the parking lot. Note: The road is narrow and winding; trailers or motor homes are not permitted.
The point offers views of the High Sierra to the east and the San Joaquin Valley and Coast Range to the west. Within walking distance is another observation point at Park Ridge.
