Heal the Bay Aquarium

Heal the Bay Aquarium is at beach level along the Santa Monica Pier beneath the carousel at 1600 Ocean Front Walk. The aquarium features such child-friendly exhibits as touch tanks filled with crabs, snails, sea cucumbers, sea stars and sea urchins. Rays and sharks swim nearby, and a reef tank is home to colorful gobies and sea anemones as well as moray eels. Through a hands-on interactive experience, the aquarium inspires environmental stewardship and marine conservation.
