Casa de la Guerra is downtown at 15 E. De la Guerra St. Built in the 1820s by the fifth Presidio Commandant José de la Guerra, the Casa was the economic, political and social center of the pueblo of Santa Barbara. Today the restored home is a museum featuring original furnishings, a history of the de la Guerra family and temporary exhibitions.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
