Coronado Museum of History and Art

Coronado Museum of History and Art is at 1100 Orange Ave. Housed in a 1910 bank building, the museum uses interactive displays, photographs and other memorabilia to relate the island’s history. Individual galleries are devoted to city history, the U.S. Navy and Army presence in the community and the legendary Hotel del Coronado. A third gallery hosts traveling exhibits. Guided tours of the area and the Hotel del Coronado are available.
