Jedediah Smith Visitor Center

Jedediah Smith Visitor Center is off US 199 just inside the eastern entrance to Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Within the Jedediah Smith Campground, on the opposite side of US 199 from the Hiouchi Information Center, this center offers a few displays about the area's flora and fauna. Trails lead from the center to the Smith River, and in summer hikers can cross the seasonal footbridge and follow trails along Mill Creek and into Stout Memorial Grove.
