Aerial Tram

Aerial Tram is at 1990 Shirley Canyon Rd. The tram provides a full aerial view of Lake Tahoe and Olympic Valley, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics and a year-round recreation area, as it ascends to the 8,200-foot High Camp, the trailhead of the Pacific Crest Trail. In addition to hiking, visitors can play disc golf or shop. A museum at the summit commemorates the games.
