USS Potomac

USS Potomac is at 540 Water St. in Jack London Square, berthed next to the Lightship Relief. Dockside tours of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's “Floating White House” last 45 minutes and allow visitors to see the restored 165-foot vessel—modified to accommodate FDR's physical limitations—that once hosted European heads of state. Two- and 3-hour history cruises on the presidential yacht travel into San Francisco Bay. Tours are preceded by a 15-minute video presentation in the visitor center.

Allow 1 hour minimum for dockside tours; 2 hours, 30 minutes minimum for history cruises; and 3 hours 30 minutes for special history cruises with lunch.
