Ford House Visitor Center and Museum

Ford House Visitor Center and Museum is at 45035 Main St. The Ford House was built in 1854 for the bride of Jerome B. Ford, one of the town's founders. It is now a visitor center where you can pick up maps and brochures. Exhibits depict the mid-19th-century era when this coastal area was settled. A focal point is a scale model of the town as it appeared in 1890.
