Sepulveda House, 622 N. Main St., is a two-story Eastlake Victorian building built in 1887. The original owner, Eloisa Martínez de Sepulveda, used the structure as a boarding house with shops and as her own residence. The partially restored house includes a visitor center. A film about the history of Los Angeles is shown on request.
